Hilary Foley, originally from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, discovered her passion for food and cooking at a young age. She pursued formal training in Culinary Management at Humber College, graduating in 2009. Hilary further enhanced her skills by obtaining a Diploma in Cake Decoration from McCall’s School in 2010 and a Diploma in Photography from Shaw Academy in 2015.
Throughout her career, Hilary has worked in various high-end restaurants and launched her own specialty baking business in 2010, which she successfully operated for eight years. Currently residing in Mississauga, she continues to engage in her love for cooking, gardening, and sharing her culinary experiences through her blog, Hilary In The Kitchen.
